- How will i get my PIN ?

All the pins are sent by EMAIL only. No physical card or voucher is sent to any postal address. For security reasons the PIN numbers are sent ONLY to the person who ordered and on the Address which "He/She" used to order.

- When will i get my PIN ?

All pins are sent within 3-4 working hours (10 AM to 6 PM). However in exceptional circumstances such as network errors, strikes, extreme weather etc it may take a bit longer.

- I did not receive the email, what should I do ?
